For the 2021-22 academic year only, Assembly Bill 130 (AB130) requires an LEA to offer the parent/guardian LEA’s an independent study option to students and families whose health would be at-risk by in-person instruction. Please complete this form so that your school site may schedule a meeting with you as soon as possible.
