Integrated Arts
Teachers throughout the district have come together to write art lessons to align with our new English Language Arts adoption. Lessons explore all different mediums including oil pastels, clay, watercolors, tempera paint, collage art, chalk pastels and many other art forms. Schools celebrate their young artists by putting on an art fair at the end of the year.
The El Monte City School District was named an Official 2020 Golden Bell Winner by the California School Boards Association for Outstanding Programs in the Visual and Performing Arts category.
